Title:Saudi soccer team lands safely in Rostov after plane’s engine fault

MOSCOW — The Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) said on Monday that its national soccer team landed safely in the Russian city of Rostov after what it described as a minor technical fault in one of the engines of the plane they were traveling in.  "All the Saudi national team players are safe, after a scare following technical failure in one of the airplane engines that has just landed,"  SAFF said in a statement on Twitter.

According to SAFF, all the Saudi national team players have arrived safely in Rostov-on-Don this afternoon to play against Uruguay, and currently are staying in their residence, and that the fire on the plane wings was merely accidental, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

沙特阿拉伯足球联合会称，今天下午所有沙特国家队队员安全抵达罗斯托夫，对阵乌拉圭，机翼上的火势只是偶然的，据沙特新闻机构报道。
