MOSCOW, July 12. /TASS/. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) confirmed on Wednesday that its president, Thomas Bach, will attend the 2018 FIFA World Cup final match in Russia.

The final match will be played at Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium on Sunday. France will face Croatia.
